well pal, where there's a will there's a way, there's loads of different websites that can help you in you search for the missing passwords, it is possible to use a crack program and run through your web based e-mails to figure out the passwords, try google or another search engine to find out what ya want, just type "crack codes" in the search bar, should bring up some useful sites like hacker sites, choose one and ask when your in the site about retrieving the password, someone is bound to help you.

I would just forget him and the pass word. You can't retrieve it legally. If it your PC get new email address and set up new address for your self.
