i recently got a new laptop and i put my pictures from my camera or phone on the computer, but when i try to upload the pictures to my bebo site it says invalid format that files must be jpeg but they are, i have checked the file format and they say they are jpeg, i havent had this problem before with my old laptop, can anyone suggest something please? im not 2 good with computers thanks

Ya. The Rockman X8 has 2 Disc to put in. I can install the Rockmanx8 from the disk 1 when the message said that put your disk 2 and find the movie/ax_ed.wnw just like that but when i find it i cant open the movie file from the movie folder from the disk 2. ahh im confuse about this so can anybody teach me.

okay so i have tried to restore to all dates and it doesnt do it.The reason is that i think i have a virus and i want to restore to like a week ago when i didnt have it.There are some sytem restore points that say SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION SERVICE 3.0,SYSTEM CHECKPOINT,and like SPYWARE REMOVAL!NONE OF THEM WORK FOR SOME ODD REASON.

I have a PC, which has burning software on it, and I have an old Imac with OS X installed on it. The mac does not have a burning software, so I would be able to burn the .iso onto a disc on that computer.

So I could I download the mac linux, burn it with a pc and then install it on the mac?

Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There might not be a sound device installed on your computer, it might be in use by another program, or it might not be functioning properly. This is a problem that started just yesterday. i have acrobat files on my computer and the icon for all of them is so that they are opened with firefox. when i try and change this, acrobat reader is not on my list and when i 'browse' for programs, and select the exact program, it still doesnt change it.how do i do this by default so as soon as i click on the file, it automatically opens on acrobat?

My lap top computer is doing strange things. it clicks the mouse itself and jumps pages etc.the cursor does stange things and highlights whole sections on word and deletes things that i just want highlighted etc. i have changed to external mouse but no different. have tried switching off mouse etc, have run virus check - clear, have run cleaner, and did system restore but seems to be worse now. I had the computer check the disc (sorry not good with computer and just do what is suggested by others, dont really know what it was computer was doing). anyway that didnt highlight any problems.

Any ideas ? I am worried as working on 4 essays and dissertation so cant have system crash. Please answer in basic language please!

Subject: Mail delivery failed. return to sender

So, I know you get these if you sent something to someone & their mailbox was full or you accidentally mis-spell the address or something, But this isn't what is happening.
I did NOT send anything to anyone & especially not to these strange e-mails addresses they say I am sending stuff to. I got 7 of these e-mails yesterday & 4 more this morning. Do I have some virus or something?

I never did this b4 nor i have any idea if this work. please tell me if this works or not..

right now i have 100% working OS with softwares n there updates. OS with software is in C: drive n nothing more in it. size is about 6.5GB.

say i have backed up the entire C: drive in DVD, n due to some reason i had to format my OS drive erasing all the softwares n updates.

if i install the OS again after formatting, is it possible that i copy paste/overwrite the OS with the back up i made consisting of the installed softwares,updates.

will the running OS allow overwriting? or i will i have to overwrite it in dos mode, n if in dos mode then what will be the commands for it.

gets fed up with installing softwares wasting time in updates...so was wondering if i can cut the installing n updating part as i have quite a lot softwares installed.


I use winxp pro as my OS.

Recently I downloaded AVG anti virus free edition and installed in my computer. It was an complete installation. Whenever I connect to the internet, AVG automatically starts it updation. I have a broadband connection with limited download and upload space. How can I stop it from its automatic updation. because It's seem that it will take more than 10 to 15 Mb(I am not sure) whenever the system starts? please help me

If it just suddenly popped out of existence, how serious would the consequences be? Obviously shopping sites and forums, as well as social nteworking sites, would disappear and so there would be a lot of angry domestic subscribers, but what about more crucial aspects of the economy and infrastructure- would these be adversely affected or do they have contingencies?

I'm trying to write good German and French. I need to write accent aigu, grave and circonflex. And while I'm doing that, it would be sweet to do the cidilla under the "c" in "francais." I type "ae" and "ue" and so forth because I can't type an umlaut. If someone knows how make an English keyboard into a European keyboard *and* get back easily, I'd sure be grateful.
