RAM - Random Access Memory this is where the computer can hold data while someone works with it. Note* It will not hold data permanently.
Processor- This does a lot but it's main functions are telling data where it goes in the computer(like RAM or Network Card) and preforming calculations.
Hard Drive- This device can hold data permanently. We only use it for storage because working with data on it can be quite slow since it is a mechanical device. This is why we work in RAM and then save data to the Hard Drive when we are done.
Graphic Card- This device interfaces(connects) the monitor with the computer so a communication can be made. This device also comes with a GPU(Graphical Processing Unit) that is used to help the CPU(processor) with the 3D calculations. This will help speed things up in the computer since the CPU isn't tied down with calculating the intense math for the 3D graphics.
Video Card- Same as a Graphic Card just another name for it.
Optical Drive- This is usually referring to a CD-ROM. It uses a laser to read the bumps(data) on a back of a CD. Thus why it is called a Optical Drive.
Modem- This device interfaces your ISP(Internet Service Provider) network with your home network allowing you to connect to the Internet. A modem can be DSL, Cable, Dail Up, or Satellite.
Router- This device is used to help tell data where to go on the network. It routes data to the right destination(computer).
Servers- These are devices that preform some kind of task in the network that eveyone uses. Such as a printer sever or storage server. It's name appiles, it serves the users of the network.
Storage- Is more like a term then a computer component. It is usually used with some kind of data storage in mind. Like a hard drive or storage server.
Networking- Networking means to connect two or more devices so a comunication can be made. This is a whole field in computers so it is quite long to explain. But anything that needs to comunicate like "computer to printer" or "comptuer to server" is on a network.

RAM is the active memory used for running
Processor is the CPU itself, the diecast with the biggest heatsink, management of the Computer Inc.
Hard drive is the passive memory used for storage
Graphics card is the supervisor of Computer Inc.'s PR department.
Video card == Graphics card, you probably should bomb this interview purposely if you didn't know.
Optical drive is like a hard drive in Read Only mode
Modem translates between digital and analog signal for networking purpose
Server can be any kind of computer hardware loaded with software intend to share the computing resource among others
Storage is just that, English dictionary's definition would do
Networking is to share among peers, look up in dictionary, computers simply digitize the act.

1) ram = used by programs to perform necessary tasks
2) Processor = It reads instructions from your software and tells your computer what to do. The speed at which the CPU processes information internally is measured in MegaHertz (MHz) and GigaHertz (GHz). 1 GHz is equal to 1,000 MHz
3)The hard drive stores all the computer's information and retains the information when the computer is turned off.
4)The part of a computer that produces the image to be displayed on a computer's monitor.
5)exact same thing as no. 4
6)A type of storage drive that uses a laser to read data from a spinning disc which includes CD's, CDR, CDRW, DVD, DVD-RW, DVD RAM etc
7) A device that enables a computer to communicate with other computers over telephone lines....u need one to go on the internet.
8) Used to connect 2 or more computers together. it is usually used so that u and a friend can vs eachother in a game without using the internet
9) not sure what u mean?
10) anything that can "store" information....examples are hard drive, USB, floopy disk, CD, dvd etc
11) when you connect two or more computers together. either by using a router or a lan cable (lan cable only connect 2 computers at a time)....

May I be blunt if you have an interview for a job where you need to use and understand these terms and can not do that yourself then you are WAY underqualified for the job or interview.
Why not type them out into a search engine, at least having to search may teach you how to find, read and be prepared?
IF it is a homework assignment then the same advice applies.
Good luck on the interview.

Look it up in wikipedia. I am not doing your work for you. I thought your question would something you couldn't search for on the internet easily. Not some simple terms. Check your dictionary!
