Under the tools tab
Internet options
general tab
browsing history
delete
And stop doing that stuff
Note: If somebody knows what they are doing they can still see where you have been because MS keeps deep rooted history tracker in system. It is complicated to get to and delete but it is there. If you really want to destroy all history and maintain privacy buy commercial SW that does that like Ghost Surf.

If you want to clear the details in the search engine, select the content and select the autocomplete where you can clear all the forms and the passwords.

If you're using IE, you need to go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Content tab, click on AutoComplete and then click the Clear Forms button.
This same question is out on the boards is several varieties. To save time you might want to search for an existing question before asking it yourself.
