i recently got a new laptop and i put my pictures from my camera or phone on the computer, but when i try to upload the pictures to my bebo site it says invalid format that files must be jpeg but they are, i have checked the file format and they say they are jpeg, i havent had this problem before with my old laptop, can anyone suggest something please? im not 2 good with computers thanks

If you're sure that your images are jpg/jpeg, it may simply be that they're too large. As a rule of thumb, make sure they're smaller than 2MB in size. (Bebo actually states that you can download a picture resizer from Microsoft that will do this for you ... They say to choose the option 640x480 pixels.)

Edit:

I've just checked again, and Bebo state "Images must be in the JPEG, GIF, BITMAP or PNG photo format and a maximum of 2MB in size", so you've got even more options there.

there's more than 1 type of jpeg. it might be how the filenames says jpg, also check the files aren't set as read-only as that might stop them uploading.
