application process and was just wondering if there is anything that I can do to in Adobe to fill out my application neatly before printing it out. Or, is it just some total other software that I have to get? Thanks.

Hi, can i build the *.html/*.php files from windows (which means I installed apache 2.0, php, mysql myself on windows) and then I upload it (using FTP) to any web server that run on linux? No conflict?

Alright now that ive got your attention I have a few questions for you experts.
1-How do you get hosted when you can afford to go out and buy your own web domain but you want to be a hostee, and none of the hosts seem to answer or accept that you have to start somewhere.
2-How do you make a layout I mean how do you choose good qaulity pictures and make unique layouts?
3-How do you choose a good name that people remember and its not bad in any sense just creative.
If any one can help me that would be awesome..as you can see I am trying to become an expert as well..even though that might take a while!

(1) Thanks to a Yahoo answerer I was able to see my IP number, but it was accompanied by 2 other numbers, thus: Subnet Mask: and Default Gameway: What do these 2 names mean?

(2) Why does Outlook Express have automatic double line space sometimes, so that I have to paste my text on notepad and then transfer it back to OE? Is there a way to make single line space a default? I wonder what causes it to do this, and what causes it to do it only sometimes?

I've never transferred data before between computers and just want to make it a "pour it from one pitcher to another" type of operation. I intend to use most of the programs I have on the W98 machine (graphics, MW, etc.), because I have document templates I've created in those programs I still want to use on new projects because of the ease of use and familiarity. Step-by-step instructions (1., 2., 3.,) would be very helpful, as I tend to follow directions pretty well if they're specific and in language a non-techie can understand. Thanks.

Hey I have a older laptop and the network card has stopped responding, I wanted to connect to a network at work dont they make a USB wireless conector?

The title is:
avgcc.exe - Unable to Locate Component

and on the inside it says:
This application has failed to start because MFC71.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.



I have no clue what this is except that it is a self extracting file. does anyone know what it is and if I need it and is I don't how to delete it.

I know it is really bad if you discharge electricity straight into your motherboard, however I have long lost my little rubber band thing. I was wondering if I took a wire and attached it to a rubber band, and then to a metal clip on the other end and attached it to metal, would that ground me and my brother? With the rubber band being on our arms of course.

OK, I have a "data stick" to use as a backup, so what I want is to get all the files very efficiently arranged, eliminate duplicates (because the same stuff is in two or more directories), and then copy the whole shebang over to the 1 gigabyte data stick.

Suggestions? Is there an automatic way to eliminate duplicates and save the one that's in the right file folder only?
