Normally installing Apple Quicktime should do the trick, but apparently Apple hasn't gone to the trouble of getting Quicktime entirely up to speed for Vista. I would suggest first trying Quicktime (see link below). If you have problems, uninstall it and go to the Quicktime Alternative site below and try that. It should let you run .mov files one your Windows Media Player.

.mov is a Macintosh file extension. You will need to download The "Quick Time" media player to open this file type.

Open my computer, click tools menu, select folder options, select the file types tab, select new, then in dialogue box type in your file extension ie .mov and click ok. you should now be able to open this file extension.

if you have less than 1 gig memory it will be slow
vista to function properly need at least 1 gig
