Hi

I have been a work at home employee for about a year now, company uses citrix for workt at home employees. lately all applications coming thru the citrix server are locking up, losing connection, softphone is unusable..too unstable

I replaced the router, brought laptop in to the office they said its fine, they ran their own tests. all seemed to work when hooked up to lan at office and the IT cable modem they have for these types of problems. I dont know what else to do..i have the cable company coming out to look at my setup tommorow but i have not made any adjustments, seems like last few weeks as weatehr got colder these connection issues started

any advice?

I just need a lot of space for some movies and music, digital pictures... also I use Word a lot because I write books. So...that's basically all I need...which PC should I buy? I don't think I need anything too fancy. Something that's not too expensive also. I want it to have enough space for all the mentioned above and that's it.

I'm about to lend my laptop to my cousin and I have personal documents, projects, videos, and photos on my computer that he is not supposed to see.

How do I begin to trace where emails are going when a sender sends messages, the recipient doesn't get them, and the sender also isn't getting any failure notices.
Is there such thing as emails simply disappearing completely, with neither the sender nor recipient aware of it, other than if they call each other up and check?

People decide to share more than just business emails with one another. Is there a program that someone from another facility in another state and city, be able to watch all the coming and going of emails. They even said that they could watch our IMs on the yahoo messager. how true is this?

It's this weird virus where a link shows up from one of your MSN people and you click it and VIOLA! Virus. And then it sends the link to everyone on your list! And then they click the link and the cycle continues!!!

I have Symantec AntiVirus. So upon realizing I have this virus, I went onto Symantec Antivirus and pressed Full Computer Scan and two hours later- they showed like 3 files that were infected and now "quarantined."

I tried to permanently delete those files, but a sign popped up saying "Unable to perform this action."

What do I do now?

I heard that I should just delete MSN and that should get rid of the problem? Has anyone ever tried that?

It was fine when I closed it out last night, but this morning it's loading with the default firefox theme (and when I go to addons and try to change it, it won't do it), all of my shortcuts/links in the toolbar are gone, and all of my bookmards are gone! How do I fix it?? Thanks!

I read on support./microsoft that file compression can be detrimental to performance in some cases... I cant imagine what cases however!!!
