Unless it is a CD-RW disc, you can't.

By definition, a CD-ROM (Read-Only Memory) can only be written to one time and never deleted from. You have to physically destroy the disc (e.g. hammer, pliers, fire, shotgun, etc.)

You can copy all of the files from the CD-ROM to your hard drive, destroy the CD-ROM, delete the files you don't want, and then burn a new CD.

CD-ROM means Compact Disc Read ONLY Memory....
So, as you can understand, once written, you cannot do anything.

The only way is if you have a CD-RW (Compact Disc Re Writable). In that cse, you copy all the files on your hard drive, delete the one you don't want, format the CD-RW and rewrite on it....

Good luck..
