No, they do not offer XP for download. If you have your original license key, you might be able to order replacement media from them either free or for a nominal charge.

sorry, microsoft dont do a service for downloading windows xp,however they do have links to genuine websites that will sell you a copy at a reasonable price
when buying a copy of xp you have 3 choices, you can buy either a full version,a upgrade or a o.e.m(original equipment manufacturer)
the difference is as follows: a full version is a xp disc with full warranty, service support and basically everything you get on the others, just much better support....a upgrade is similar to a full version but has a shorter warranty and service support, and is as its called a upgrade, meaning its ideal for users moving from windows 98 or 2000
a o.e.m is again a windows xp disk but with very limited support and warranty and is aimed towards system builders, however that can mean installing a hard drive i suppose
all versions are perfectly fine to use but differ in warranty and support and of course price
for example a full version of windows xp can cost up to £200,a upgrade around £110 but you can pick up a o.e.m for only £60
here is a good link if you decide to buy a copy of xp....http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=498849
i hope this helps, any advice just let me know
good luck

As far as i know you cannot download a copy of XP from Microsoft but i believe if you contact Microsoft and can verify your product key and ownership they can ship you a new copy for a small fee!
Alternatively just borrow a friends copy and add your product key!

If you still got the serial key then there might be hope. Head over to Microsoft's support page and ask there.
