That depends on what you mean by internet files!

The internet files are download to the computer.
It is in your temporary internet file.
You can copy and paste them to another folder.
Do try a file; save as; first at the top of your browser.

right click> save target as (in internet explorer)

copy them to notepad or word or whats ever like that, and do not use the mouse use CTRL+A (select all) CTRL+C (copy) CTRL+V (past) to one of those Word exp..... and see if that help.
