I read somewhere that it makes no difference but connection does seem slower to me.

could be a cabling issue ... could be the properties of ur card set wrong or the configuration of a router .... could be many things ...

Were any settings changed? If it is for your Internet connection, it will not make a difference because 10Mbps is still way faster than most Internet connections.

Try and unplug your modem for at least one minute, and when you plug it back in, might be faster. This refreshes your modem. My cable guy told me that you should do it every 2-3 months. Hope it works for you..Good Luck..

the problem is from your computer not from the connection, i advice you to use registry Michanic 6.0 use the free trial and then use this serial number: License Name: Adam Dastmalchi
License Code: FCD0-AC78-1D9F-347C-AB62-2237-5801-B759
(do not update it or you gonna loose it)
thats ll help your speed and you ll see the differants.

Your NIC card is probably set to autosense..
