Yesterday I had sound, now I don't. It says I have no audio devices connected to my computer. It is not saying there is a problem with my sound card.
I have tried 2 different sets of speakers and no joy. What could be causing this? Could a virus have caused this as I had one yesterday but got rid of it.

This time its for my resume and the program I am using is WordPerfect. The file needs to be able to open, modify or print through another program such as Microsoft Word. Please help, thank you

I have a computer that originally had windows 2000 on it. The company i bought it from had gotten it from another company. They wiped out windows 2000 and put windows 98 SE on it, but the computer still has a 2000 sticker and number on the side of it. If I put a windows 2000 cd in there and type in the code on the sticker is that all I have to do for upgrading it? Can someone provide a direct link to where I can see if my PC is compatible to upgrade? Thanks guys!!

I took a video of my son's holiday play that I would love to upload onto my computer to be able to email it to family and friends. The camcorder does not write onto DVDs so I have it on one of thise little tapes that can be plugged into VHS tapes...if that makes sense. I would pay to have it done also if I knew what type of place would do it for me.

I'm in Colorado dealing with Qwest, does it really matter what router w/wireless that I'm using to hook up to DSL? Why? I was looking at a Linksys, but they didn't have it on their list. Instead they are pushing the 2700HG from 2Wire, is that good enough? I'll be hooking up to a Dell PC.
