Does anyone know how someone can look on your computer and see things that you have deleated... do you know how to do that please help

I lost my photo's and my music the first time my son gave me this computer with an expensive update on it. What could have happened? I only had the computer less than an hour and boom, they were not on the desk top or in files and folders. What can I do to try to get them back?

It started several months ago, my system 32 files pop up @ startup-so I ran a free scan of my registry and it shows over a thousand errors-the free downloads only fix a few of them in the trial version-I DO have a windows xp recovery disk, but I am afraid I will do more damage that good. I have tried to use the restore feature, but the only dates it will let me select are for this month only-the pc is 3 years old...I tried to toggle back a year or so, but the month on the calendar is stuck on December. (I was under the impression that restore points auto-set when new programs are added ???)
If I attempt to install flash on my secondary user accounts, I get errors saying a system 32 file can't be found.
I have used the uninstall program from adobe and reinstalled it then ran c-cleaner, cleared cookies, I have rebooted, adjusted all user accounts to have admin. privledges, tried everything I can find online with no luck. Can someone help, please?

When I have a second window or link open and close out of it the whole Internet Exporer closes and I get a error "says its sorry that it has to close windows internet exporer

i just heard voices on my headphones ( theyre plugged into the computer ) but i am not in a chat room or connected to anything that would have voice communications....i was just sitting here reading something then i hear someone..it was staticy then i hear some guy say something like "...f*ck, i just le..." then it trailed off..then a few seconds later i heard it again...it was almost like it was a recording...
i refreshed the web page i was looking at to see if it was something on it but it wasnt and i checked to see if it was the movie im watching but it's paused.... could i have just picked up a signal off of a CB radio or something? oh, and if it makes any difference im on a laptop but not using wireless.... anyways.. what could have caused this?

Does anyone have any problems with their hotmail? I delete quite a few messages, then read one. When I go back to my inbox, all the messages I deleted are still there. So I try to delete then, read a message, return to the inbox and once again...they are still there! It's getting to be frustrating, so I think I'll use a different e-mail and close this one...Yeah for Yahoo Mail! :)

I type an entire sentence befor I see it when I am using my yahoo mail. When I look in my "add or remove programs" I see about 20 updates for Windows XP could this be part of the problem there are a couple updates per month... Other with what?
