When I have a second window or link open and close out of it the whole Internet Exporer closes and I get a error "says its sorry that it has to close windows internet exporer

it seems to have stop. I removed it and install Exporer 6. but I still don't know why Exporer 7 started just closing all the windows and why the errors in the first place. I did talk to somone in the know and they said that it was a ... regdistry problem and all seemed to want me to by a program to fix it. I don't want to have to buy a fix it program. I want to know why it failed in the first place and if it was a bug, virus or other is there a fix out there. I have a real good virus protection so why must I buy a reg fix. I think the viruses are all coming from those that have the bigest buddjets for selling the fixes ...if you get my meanning. Thanks all for the help in advance.

all windows of IE uses same location in the RAM and if one crashes Windows sweeps the RAM area.
