It's possible (if that area of the hard drive hasn't been written over yet). Try using Restoration, it's free:

I have used some tools like these in the past, they work on the same basic principle of locating the remnants of your old files and restoring them (why did you think windows took up so much of your hard drive, because you hardly ever really delete anything it just is space that gets reused)

do a search for recovery software and run it you have a 50/50 chance you can get it back when you delete a file it usually just takes the first letter off of the file so you'll have to replace that with the correct letter or number

if anything don't work, the best thing to do is to do a restore system. that will be the best way to do it. good luck......
