hi, i have downloaded a movie file, type of .wmv. i'm using realplayer 10 and media player 6.4.......but that file(.wmv) is not opening on both media and real player....pls guide me...wat to do?

I have some protected documents in Adobe Reader for my research paper. Since there is many pages and it is too expensive to print, I would rather read it form my computer. However, I don't have any idea how to mark or highlight some important parts of the texts or to put some comments. Of course, I have no intention to change the original. Thanks!

my desk top icons are spread below half of the screen and half blank the tool bar is on the top even start how can i get back the original full screen for viewing mails etc

I want to convert my wma library to mp3. Can I do this with windows media player 11?
If not does anybody know any utility I can use to do this. I have tried a few WinAmp plugins but I haven't found one that copies the artist/track name info to the ID3 tags.

I have been looking through some art sites and when i enlarge a picture i like i want to save it. But when i click the right side of my mouse only a message comes up not allowing me to save it or print it. Is there any way i can save/print the enlarged picture.

How do I delete a corrupted folder from my removeable hard drive?

I've tried the following:
1) Left click: "Delete is not accessible The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable"
2) Rigth click and delete: "Cannot delete: The directory is not empty"
3) Rename file does not work
4) Format is not an option (too big for my internal hard drive)

What is my options?

If you need a program to write a new program, how was the first program done? since it needs a language and there was no language, and to create a language you need a language, how did it happen?

I've heard this since the early days of home computers but have never understood the thinking behind it.

Mac computers are a closed proprietary system sold by a big corporation. Windows is made by a big corporation too but with PC's at least the hardware is an open architecture. I have my PCs built for me to my specifications at a local computer shop, or build them myself from parts. Doesn't that make PCs more like the "computer of the common man?"

My computer has been acting weird lately, and the other day a window popped up saying that the computer would restart in 5 minutes, and it gave me an option to cancel or to restart right away. After that it started shutting down randomly, and now it shuts down a few minutes after the computer restarts. I need to know what the problem is, and what can I do to fix it?

hi, i've got about 5,777 fonts on my windows xp machine.
its a 1.5 ghz, 200 gig etc. etc. box

everytime i load photoshop or indesign its slow as heck to load and that never happends.
could it be because of the amount of fonts i have?

I have a program that was activated online with the id from the disk. Ive been having issues with my copmuter and want to restore it the way it was from the factory. However the program company is out of business and i cant activate if i just do a reinstall. Anyone have any idea on how or if possible to just backup the program with the activation. Thank you
