I downloaded a music file from bear share and it has two tracks on it instead of the one that I wanted. Is there a way to seperate them? Or at least erase the second song? Thanks in advance for the answers!

What type of file did you download?
If it is a .zip then you have to extract the file that you want and then you can delete the zip file.
To open a zip file and extract the contents:
Double click and drag the desired file to the desktop or into MyDocuments
Also you should always Virus Scan any files that you download from Bearshare or any other kind of file sharing service.

You can download a free program like wavepad and open the file. Then you can highlight the song you want to save and paste it to a new file. Pretty easy actually.

If it's in stereo and they both play at the same time in different channels you can probably separate them but the end result will not be in stereo. But if one plays after the other has ended and it's in stereo you can seperate them and still have the same stereophonic sound. a good software to seperate them would be adobe premiere 6.5 or a later version or adobe after effects.
