Hi there,
when trying to install the bearshare program this error message appears-The file c:\program files\bearshare\install log could not be opened.
This happens every time I try to install.
Could anyone out there help me with this matter and also tell me of other good file sharing programs except for limewire which I already have.

I'm presently doing a hotel management 1st year but i'm not finding it interesting cause of the less pay and several other reasons but since this industry is long lasting my parents wants me to continue this . I'm bit interested in compuetrs but dont know how to lead for the best computer education . I'm bit afraid about the computer field cause i've seen people doing phd or masters in computers but not getting a good pay. so if any one has knowledge regarding how to go forward in compuetr field so plz help me and tell which part of IT sector is in demand or will be in demand in future.

I converted a flv file to an avi file and it won't play when I try to put it into a powerpoint. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Can you help me?

I tried it with quicktime (.mov) also, but it won't do it either.

It used to only take a few seconds. Everything else goes (mostly) okay, (except for trying to save a whole web page - then it sometimes only saves a folder with the pics in it.)

Im new at linux.

I am trying to install ntfs support on my Linux box. I have kernel version 2.6.18-1.2798.fc6 i686 , and when I run "yum install kmod-ntfs" I get the message "Error: Missing Dependency: ntfs-kmod-common >= 2.1.27 is needed by package kmod-ntfs
"

Any ideas how I can get to my files???

i just got a computer last week.
it has a 107gb hard drive and i'm using 11 now, or something.
so i have lots of space.

what do you guys put on your computers?
are there things u find particularly useful or fun?

I have MS word and i have copied some picture from the internet and pasted them and now i need to enlarge them. I have tried to use format picture and they just get blurry is there a nother wya i can do it? Even if i have to use a copy machine...i just don't know how to get htem bigger.

I tried to send newsletter to my customers, but the normal microsoft office only allow me to send to at most 50 persons at a time. is there any software i can download from the internet for free?? like a free email manager or something??

when I try to send photos through email it says invalid file series. I composed clicked attachments found my photo and tryed to attach files. It doesn't go through it just says invalid file series. Why isn't it going through?
