If you are using Microsoft products, double click the file name. A window will come up telling you in effect that Windows don't know what to use to open it. It will give you the choice of picking a program on your computer or looking on the internet for a program to open it. Look on the internet, and follow the directions.

SAI is the file extension for the Encrypted video file associated with Integrated Sensors.

If you didn't write the file, you are not going to be able to open it. You will have to find the system and application that wrote the file.
