You need to upgrade to a Yahoo Plus account.. cost $20 per year.. Then you get a pop3 account to receive mail to your outlook

YPOPS is a free program that lets you recieve mail from your "unpaid" Yahoo Mail account through Outlook Express. I don't know about being able to recieve mail in Yahoo through your regular IP mail account. Hope this helps.

You can only do that if you have a paid Yahoo Email account. If you do then go to "options" "email preferences""pop3 forwarding" and it will explain step by step how to do that.

you can not configure outlook to receive and send emails from yahoo........because this service is paid by yahoo. you have to pay first to yahoo..............you can use this service with gmail account. how to configure gmail......you can check this on gmail site.........
