Every time i press " button it always comes up with @ . and every time i press @ button it always comes up with "! Please can you help me.

you have your keyboard set to US mode
to change it back into the UK mode
click on start
Setting
control panel
then click on "regional and language Options"
you can change everything to UK in there

I had that problem, it has somthing to do with the language layout, as diffrent keyboards have diffrent layouts, so try looking o see if you language is on english us or english uk, but i had that problem and i didnt really bother i just got used to it.

your key board is on us settings goto control panel and change the reginal settings to uk
