right click on your taskbar to make sure its undocked then right click on it again to move where ever you want it on your screen. you can right click on it again to redock it.

Take your mouse to the task bar on right and drag it back down where it was.

just drag it back over. the 'ghost' or 'outline' of it should follow your mouse when you do so.
