like for instance, when i open my computer, normally the background is white. and so is the case opening other folders. i want to know if its possible to use a picture as a background. what programme does that, or if windows on its own can do that.

The computer is a new one. 1 hard disk is a simple 20 gb with 4kb of bad sector. I use xp service pack-2.

I received a nasty e-mail a while ago from someone whom I don't keep in contact with anymore. I have never deleted it.
My question is, even though I have their e-mail, a couple of months old, sitting in my saved e-mail folder, if needed can the authorities still trace it to the person, or is it too late to track them down because this old e-mail, or if they changed ISP? Thanks in advance.

I've got a fairly modern computer with windows xp and Zone Alarm virus software. Whenever I try to load up msn it says something about 'key ports' and won't work. Has this happened to anyone else and please can you suggest a way to fix it?Thankeshun!
