I have the filter on my Outlook set to high (it is the 2003 edition) but although things are being sent to the junk email box, lots of emails are coming into the inbox with "[Norton AntiSpam] written before them, which seems to suggest that Norton knows they are sapm. I want then not to get into the inbox but go straight into Junk. Does anybody know how to do this?

i have a computer (P3 933mhz.) and it says the product key is not valid when i try to finalize the installation. i tried using my xp pro cd. but there are "incorrect functions" before i can even get to the product key screen. anything im doing wrong? and are some computers not allowed to have certain o/s on them/ it says the comp is designed for millenium edition. but i am using a new hdd. thanks

I was trying to download a game for real arcade when a pop-up came up saying that I need 128 mb of ram but only have 127mb...do i want to continue? Im not sure if I should delete something or just continue...im kind of computer illiterate when it comes to ram so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

My husband is working on a Dell pc, it was reading the harddrive, but now it's not. It isn't reading or finding it at all, he has already tried resetting the cmos, tried other hard drives,still nothing, what could cause this, or better yet how can it be fixed! PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!! Thanks

I've only got the inbuild graphics card for the machine and it won't play games like Rome Total War etc. I previously bought a SFF graphics card but it didn't fit (it was a PCI express) so I'd like to know if you can get a card to fit my machine. They do we have all this rubbish on these webb sites , like the lies and untrue about wining the lotto and more , Only real people can stop all of this , Who is give service to these site should have a paid that person if they say they won , because it is against the law to use a name ie let say the lotto , if it not true the people useing that name should be put into Jail , and the service user to. But only the people useing the webb can change this , only people Power can do this . When I go to My Documents or certain folders under my C drive, some of the files are listed in black letters and some are lister in blue letters. What does it mean when they are listed in blue?

It presently takes over 2 minutes to get it to shutdown. I regularly clean and defragment the hardrive and use an antivirus programme and a firewall. Also I use Adaware and Crap Cleaner
Programmes and have System Restore on a low setting. Help....
