how can i create realistic water effect in 3d studio max?

1) Plane with many vertices
2) Add noise effect
3) Apply a transparent blue-ish texture with high gloss and raytracing

I just did one for a wedding video. Result is fantastic.

u can't not unless u can find someone with the software.
