My grams has a Dell laptop and she said she saw something about the batteries in the burning up and that she may have to return it. Is this true or is it just a hoax? If anyone could give me any information or insite to the problem I would appreciate it alot.

when I download songs from Lime Wire many of my down loads say NOT ENOUGH SOURCES or something like that. Sometimes a download will say that and aventually resume downloading but sometimes and often they won't. What does that mean? Also what can you do to prevent that from happening? I
