I've done it before I just dont rember how... But when u viruses and other settings that u dont want u can turn the computer back to a certain date before the virus and its like it never happen. Can anybody tell me how to do this? I have Windows 2000 Pro

I don't think you can do it with Windows 2000, Sorry....unless you're using a tool like Norton Ghost or whatever that makes saves regularly.

The program you use is called system restore it is usually found under the Accessories menu or on your controll pannel
I GOT IT - Download MSCONFIG from here
www.perfectdrivers.com/howto/msconfig.html
and activate system restore from there

Start --> All Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> System restore

Click on SATRT, then ALL PROGRAMS then Click on ACCESSORIES, then Click SYSTEM TOOLS then Click on SYSTEM RESTORE
