Your shift is stuck or something. Try pressing that blue windows key once.

Are the other keys working? Is it possible that you spilled even a little liquid oin your keyboard? When i worked on computers as a technician, this was often the result of spillage. If you are sure you didnt spill anything, then try rebooting your computer, and typing in just plain notepad or wordpad. test each and every key.
Try another keyboard, i would assume this would work. Good thing keyboards are cheap and easy to replace.

Sometimes if your Caps Lock is turned on it will affect the numbers too. Try turning your Caps Lock off.

You might have the shift on a lock - try holding it (shift) when pressing the number

Go to "start" "programs" " accessories" "accessability" " online keyboard". You may find your answer in there.

The only other thing is did you spill liquid on the keyboard? If so, turn it over and dry it out and clean it with rubbing alcohol and a q-tip.

Good Luck

You could try cleaning the keyboard ie take keys off and clean underneath if they are sticking, but it may be time for you to buy a new one, they are fairly cheap to replace, depending on what type you wanna buy.

Shift lock is probably on. Try to hit shift and see if that fixes it.

Turn you numlock back on, or jab your shift keys a couple of times - they could be locked.

Think your caps lock is on. If typing letters produces all capitals you will know.
