Just copy it from the CD to the A: drive.

Of course if there's any file larger than 1.4 MB, you won't be able to - floppies are 500 times smaller than a CD and to put a FULL CD on floppies, you would need 500 floppies... good luck... why do you need to do this anyway?

I didn't know they still made floppies. Why would you want to do that? I haven't used a floppy in 10 years.

Duh! I hope u are serious mate, cause floppies can take just 1.44mb of data whereas a CD takes in abt 500+ mb minimum. Whatever ur scenario, copy > paste should do the trick.
