am facing problems with my shortcut's. I am trying to open the most recent used documents through short cuts but ending with an error message saying that no such file exist. !!!!
( actually that file exist)

I have not deleted or moved the files from my computer and it's not from CD or Floppy.

Sometimes Windows will lose the location of a shortcut.
The best solution is to search for the original document, delete the current shortcut and create a new one.
What might be worth checking is that you dont have a virus. (they can move and delete files)

if you delete the original file, the shortcut file are not working . Why? because the computer nedd the original file that make an execution to acces the the file the u want to use. before u open the shortcutfile you mask sake first the original file.

Download a program called bugdoctor - all computer get bugs at times.
This program will sort out your problem.

Download a "Tune-up Utility" and make sure you have a good "Virus" protection software installed and running.
