When I am in internet explorer for a little while a message comes up saying internet explorer has encountered a problem.Then the computer sounds like it is reving up and then sounds normal.Should I defrag ?What is this and how do I do this?

I have defraged it ran virus checks and anti-spy ware checks and nothing, i also cleaned up my temperary internet files. any ideas on how to get it running faster again.

about exporting timeline.. I just want to be sure that it will be exported as a vcd file on which i can play it on my vcd player. And i did it by exporting into mpeg encoder then to vcd type but when i opened my exported movie,it's an mpeg video type. the difference is when i inserted a real vcd movie,it's file is DAT type. And i guessed that the one I have exported in an Mpeg video type will not play in my vcd player because of file differences. What have I been missed? Or is there anything that i should do after exporting it? Or is there a possibility that it can be play on my vcd player even if its an mpeg video type? My adobe premiere is version 6.5

Ok, here goes. Please bear with me. This keeps coming up on my screen. AIM WEBDRIVER INSTALL SETUP. Error opening file for writing. c./windows/temp/aimwd Install stripped.exe. Hit abort to abort installition.Retry to retry writing the file or ignore to skip ths file.No matter what I "HIT" it keeps popping back onto screen. Like a zillion times!!! I am going crazy! I can tell my pc is working overtime with all this crap.I'm not a pc wizard here and I'm about to throw this pc out the window. Please help..Not sure how people give" but I'll give ya a million! points"Just kidding. I'll try giving 10. Thanks

Just recently when I click on something to open up another page instead of opening up as a full page, it opens up as a small quarter page which I then have to maximise. How can i get it to open up as a full page in the first place ? Is there some setting I can alter ?
