When you get your photos developed ask them to also give you a copy on CD. They'll do this for a few dollars extra.
Some places will also develop from negative onto CD for you. Ask at your local Photo shop.

in short the only way to get your prints on to the computer without a scanner or digital camera, is to have the processing lab do the transfer for you. in some labs this is known as a Kodak CD-ROM. it costs more than normal prints but if you don't want a scanner and or a digital camera then this is one of the only options left open too you.
if you had a digital camera with removable media you can get either the software transfer kit for the camera or an external card reader that plugs into the USB port o your computer, this reader/writer normally costs under £20 here in the UK see www.dabs.com.
digital cameras and scanners are relatively cheap these days so look into the possibility of purchasing.
one other option may be to get a friend to scan any existing pictures for you and to burn them to a CD-ROM.
nice try answerman. but that only takes a screen shot of the computer, not what this question is about. however answerman you made one more error, you said press the ctrl key with the print screen key. you only need to press the print screen key.

You at least will require a webcam. That is the cheapest way of doing what you are inteding to do. Without having any input device (cam or scanner) you cannot think of taking snapshots.

I certainly have gained remarkable consequences by using retaining the broadcast photograph on a nicely lighted floor (sunlight mild) and retaining the digital camera on a tripod and taking a p.c. up photograph of the broadcast photograph. This effect became greater helpful than scanning and lots greater quicker. As for naming the photos you will would desire to do it manually.

Take them to a photo shop and have them put them on a CD for you. It's not expensive. Then you can upload them to whatever you want. If you put them on your Yahoo! 360 page, you can then email them to anyone you want. But hang onto the CD as your back-up. You never know what might happen.
