Cookies should not prevent searching for porn sites. Check the Search options of which ever Search program you're using. Uncheck Safe Search..or similar adult site blocking setting. If you have Parental Controls set up, that would have to be adjusted, which you can only do if you have authorized access.
If you're too young...stay away. Also, many porn sites have potential risks of viruses, adware and spyware. Also, search records can be stored and found later. That could take some explaining :)
If you want cookie control...Click Tools..Internet Options...Privacy...and move the slider down.
