What is a warranty? Can you ask to repair a mouse for free if you have a warranty? I bought my HP computer less than a year ago and the mouse is acting weird. It just freezes and wont move to one side. I tried to clean it like what the directions said but it still didnt work. It starts to act okay after awhile but then it freezes again. I know for sure it's not the computer. It's the mouse. How can I fix this problem? Would the warranty cover it? And how do I ask to fix this problem with the warranty?

One of my client is getting this funny error which Microsoft says this link -> http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q240697 would fix which it doesn't.
Issue is clicking "Find"/"Search" in Outlook 2003 on IMAP folders. Doing the local .pst folders works fine. Full error reads like :

There are too many Find Public Folders dialogs open. You must close them in order to use the Advanced Find. Do you want to close them now?
Yes / No

If I click yes, nothing much happens. He has rebooted, made sure only one instance of Outlook is running etc.
He has all the relevant Service Packs.
He has the Windows XP. Have tried creating a new profile but still no go.
Any Ideas??

I have now realized that not only do i have some slides that are going to have to be switched from excel format onto slides, that I also have some pre-existing slides that I need to have moved onto a new presentation. And can anyone tell me how to Write the titles on the left side to name the slides? Geez- i have no idea how to work with Powerpoint!

I am trying to install a font set on a Mac OSX computer and I can't seem to be able to get it to work. Can anyone tell me how to do it? Specifically so that I can get the font to show up in the font menu for Microsoft Word.
