All the sudden the volume on my computer got real low. I went to "control panel" and turned the volume up there. My monitor volume is cranked. The volume control on my keyboard is cranked. What's going on?

I am asking that there are robots being developed in every part of the world. I just saw on T.V. that there's a robot developed by Honda which can walk but doesn't have Artificial Intelligence, but a robot in japan has very developed artificial intelligence and another in U.S. can show emotions. Why don't these labs work together to produce a perfect robot which ahs equilibrum, emotions and intelligence.

Hello, somehow WinVirusPro 2006 got onto my other computer. Now when I go onto it my computer freezes (within a minute) and I'm not able to delete it or do anything. It hasn't started doing this until WinVirusPro 2006 was put onto my computer. Is there any way to fix this? Thank you.

I went to my hard drive (drive C:) and opened the "cookie" folder. There were a lot of "cookies" there, and some of them shouldn't be there. So, and I would prefer real computer technicians or something like that to answer this, can I delete them? And tell me what they are, too, please.

My PC has started freezing after some time of starting. Then if i try to reboot, it comes upto the hardware configuration recognition screen and doesn't move ahead.
If i keep it switch off for a long time (8~12 hr), it can again be started for sometime before the same problem comes again.
My PC config is as below:
2 HDD, 1st : 80 GB: Windows ser 2003
2nd: 40 GB: windows XP SP2
RAM 256+512 MB
Norton anti vius was installed when the problem started.
Is it a OS problem or Registry problem or Hardware problem ? Can anybody suggest how it can be fixed ?

Everytime I burn something, turn on a program, etc it gets soo noisy. I dont remember it being like that before. Its a Dell. Anybody have any suggestions how i can get it back to normal?
