Mostly I have questions...

Did it ever work on that computer before? (if no, driver problems)

Does it feed paper? (jam?)

Does it print a blank page? (ink dry, cartidge defective)

Were the cartridges "new" new, or are have they been sitting in a drawer for a year or two? (I've run across that)

Did you take the little tapes off the cartidges and carefullty install them per directions? (Some models are fussy.)

Obviously, make sure all leads are plugged in and the power is on.
The simplest thing to do is re install the driver file. Go to the start button and select SETTINGS. In there select PRINTER/ FAXS (Assuming your using Win XP). You should see your printer listed there (Ignore it) and select ADD PRINTER. Follow the instructions to install new printer.
At some stage you will be asked to browse for driver file. Let windows find the driver file on your hard drive (Usually C:\ )
When prompted select the newly installed printer as the default one. At some stage here you will also be asked to print a test page.

Good Luck
