my operating system is XP and it is in color green i know is normal, and the red is not

If you are using OSX, those by default are system tasks. You need to be more specific as to the operating system you are using. Windows XP does not have a color charted CPU usage graph. Are you talking about a usage graph or maybe some other kind, temperature... maybe?

You mean the chart under the performance tab in the Task Maganger, correct? I just want to be clear. Because even at 95% usage (and believe me, it was hard for me to get there) it is still green. There should be no red.

Maybe if you could take a screen shot of it and post it somewhere.

I wouldnt manual delete anything unless you know what your doing, if your using a scanner of some kind, let it do it, and keep the human element out of it, you dont want to go delete something off your windows.

go to majorgeeks.com get a ccleaner or hd cleaner let it do a super clean,its free,its effective
