if you can't run any programs on it at all when you log on, you can't do a virus/spyware removal program. Best bet would to format your hard drive in that case, you will lose all your infomation, but at least you will have your computer back, if you dont know how to do it, get instructions or take it to a shop. Make sure you know what your doing before you start formating. you have to get some kind of windows CD or you will have no OS on your ocmputer either, if it is partitioned already, that is good, then just format that part, but most people don't do that, so good luck. HE SAID IT FREEZES WITHIN A MINUTE PEOPLE.

If this is a Windows XP machine, try using the system restore first. Select a restore point prior to WinVirus Pro 2006 being installed.
To open system restore follow these steps:
Go to start, all programs, accessories, system tools, system restore. Then, follow the on-screen prompts.

Here are two tricks.
1.Try going to the site that makes the program and see if there are any help tips.
But to get it off your computer try a non-destructive system restore computer. But you might have to do a system restore
