If you're referring to the ones that are already "in voting" then you waited too long to pick a correct answer and it's put the questions up for voting and you can no longer select the best one.

You must wait for 24 hours to do it, not four hours. They don't want people having two accounts: one asking questions; the other answering.

In aproxomently 24 hours, actually probably about 25, more realisticly, you''ll be able to choose a best answer.

u canot do this it is not possible cause u have to have two yahoo accounts then do a question and logoff and relogin on other yahoo account and then vote for your own question but the problem is that takes to much time
