Ok, I have updated my Computer with new motherboard and new cpu, so i had to replace the old p4 powersupply with new one support LGA technology.

They put it as standard choice and they told me it's very good that provide 400 watt, (bla bla bla, i didn't understand).

Every thing is ok and fine, one of my friends came and checked the system and found that the powersupply is not providing the actual voltes..

it's giving 4.4 for what it should be +5
and 2.9 for what should be +3.3

everything else is ok...

Do i have to ask for replacing the powersupply..
and what that affect on the system..

i need help.

I need a good graphics card for my computer, one that will be able to play the game Blazing Angels, and Flight Simulator.

However, I am very cheap, and don't want to spend to much money on it. I would like some good suggestions for my computer, for a low price. Links to some would be very helpful, and I prefer Circuit City, as I do have some gift cards there.

Thank you, and below is infomation about my computer, if it help:

Pentium 4, 2.75 ghz
512 MB RAM
60 GB of memory
Windows XP
and it's a DELL

I just ordered the 128MB version from newegg, because they didn't have the 256mb available. What are your thoughts on this card for an entry level gaming device? Thanks!!!
