Some motherboards will let you- but they have to be in diffeernt banks. So you could have a pair of ECC and a different pair that's non-ECC.

Not generally recommended, though- the downside of RAM hiccups are usually blue screens/crashes. So stay as far away from those kinds of issues, use either all ECC or all non-ECC.
