I have a digital camera that has webcam feature on it how do i get it to work?

I have a geforce mx 4000 128 mb graphic card. The mainboard is an P4vmm2 version 1.0 (pentium 4) -american megatrend 2001- bios release may 29, 2002. socket 478. 1 gig ram, windows home xp service pack 2. When we try to put the graphic card in, the computerès red light turns on but nothing happens. We had unistalled the previous drivers of the last video card and followed directions to the key. (Yes it is an AGP card in an AGP slot). Why does it not want to work?

Looking for the best PCI graphics card to save videos taped on a camcorder to the computer. Would also prefer that the graphics card had an output (ie is not just a tv tuner but rather a graphics card with tv tuner included)

Can I remove my existing CD ROM drive, and replace it with a new internal DVD ROM? Or, would I be better off just buying an external DVD ROM and hook it up through a USB port. What features should I be looking for in a DVD ROM?

I no my 6600 had some trouble with some of the newer games i would like to play, 2142 and fear on anything other than all low. I was looking for only nvidia cards thanks

When my comp starts up the Windows start up tune plays (so my speakers work & are plugged in properly etc) but after that there is no sound with anything.- (MP3's, CD's, Yahoo, alerts, etc, etc) Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get it to work again? If it's relevant, I have "Creative" volume system. Nothing is on "mute".

i ask this because the mce keyboard already have a built in mouse. im pretty sure it can be done but i just need to be sure.

This is what i would like to to do.
Buy a 500 gig harddrive and put all my movies and cds on it
then hook this hard drive up to a TV/surround sound so i can listen and watch my movies
can i do this an easy way?or will i have to hook up a computer and just run it from the computer to the tv?and if you have the answer and idea on price or where to look for parts?

I bought this computer from someone else and i think that they discarded the D Drive because when I insert a CD it doesn't Download it. and my other computer as soon as I would insert the CD it would start up. HELP PLEASE

does a bit of plastic cost £90 to make?? (£10 profit) they should'nt charge us that much. it's not hand crafted or anything, they mass produce those things. cus they are small you can ship millions in one go ...so why are they ripping us off!!!! they might as well give us all 4bg they dont seem to be any diffirent than the 32mb

My old desktop pc i took out the harddisk as i want to use for external storage on my new laptop. 40gb seagate 3.5 inch.
i put the harddisk in the external casing and connect it to my new laptop via USB.My laptop is unable to detect the harddisk and i am unable to format the hdd.
