I just received a 1GB Memorex Flash Disk and when I insert it another file pops up saying U3 System Files Medium CD Writer, what is it?

This is a new technology being developed by SanDisk and a few others. The technology includes the ability to package an application and install it on the USB drive. The premise is so that you can take the application with you to any computer.
I tried packaging a few apps but the install size was ridiculous and they apps did not launch on another computer. This is still in its Beta.

i guess it linux file system but not sure..
