How do i turn on my webcam on my digital camera that has the webcam feature?

I have a digital camera that has webcam feature on it how do i get it to work?

If you have windows XP, attach it to the computer and it will probably work automatically. Just start your messenger client and see if it lists the device under its choices for webcams.
