Ok, i have the boot floppy and the 98 CD. This computer has no cd-rom drive. how can i re-format this computer with no cd-rom drive? put everything on the cd on a floppy? wont fit though. Help?

First I started to have the monitor problem. Everytime I am working in my PC and especially looking at pictures my sreen would go blank and come back up after 1 second.

Then, I started to have problems when my PC would be shut down in a wrong way (not by using the mouse). The PC restarts itself for about 7 times in a row until it "stabilizes". The restarts have happened for no reason at all at the same time.

In the past, I have reformated the PC but these problems keep coming back. I am at a point now that I can't reformat my hard drive any more since the PC restarts at a certain point of the reformat.

I use a router and my brother has set up a network with his PC and laptop. I think that my problem is a compatibility issue, but I am not sure which hardware.

Please, help!

my powermac g4 is having boot problems it comes up with the apple logo then opens a black box and then just sits there... does that mean theres no OS? bought of ebay says it had 10.4 tiger....new to the apple world.

I have two graphics cards Radeon X850 and X1600 both PCI Express. Okay, I've been having problems with my laptop. So I was doing a system restore. Well I decided I didn't want to wait for that, so I forced my pc to shut off, so I could reboot.

Now it tells me that Winlog or something cannot start because my shell32.dll file cannot be found. then it says something about my msgina.dll needing to be restored.

I've found all kinds of patches and fixes on the net, but none of them say anything about being stupid enough to force quit during system restore. I can't get through the boot stage, and I can't start from my DELL windows XP disk. I don't know what to do other than kick myself in the @$$.

Hello everyone. I recently got adobe photoshop CS2. It is an amazing program. But my question is if my computer has a virus and the computers hard drive gets whiped can I re-regester my adobe photoshop program on the same computer. According to Samsung, my HDD is Sata 3.0, according to HP my motherboard is Sata 1.5.....I didn't no they were compatible...or they? Or is HP or Samsung wrong with their specs
