ARE YOU USING XP? Right click desktop, click on properties. Now click on the desktop tab, then click customize. In there there should be an option of what to show on your desktop, on of which is recycle bin.

follow these steps
1.start-program-accessories- systemtools -systemrestore then if u want you can create a shortcut for system restore rather than doing the above process again that is if you wish to restore other programs in the future;but if not click next while the restore my computer is checked then press next. select a date from which you want to restore then processed with the process after finishing the computer will restart then

Search for it....it will never permanatly delete because, you got to have the recycling bin to delete it...you know what I mean...

Simple way is to just do a system restore, Start, All Prorams, Accssories, System Tools, and system restore, just chose a time before you deleted it, and you should be ok
