I can only use AGP type video cards.

First one. GDDR3 is a much better memory type. DDR2 is old school now in video cards

I would go with a geforce 7900 gs, it has the best price to performance ratio right now but if you can only get the ones you listed I would go with the7800GS (the OC only means that it runs a little faster and costs more, i dont think its worth it)

While more RAM is better, those cards are both very fast and, honestly, you probably wouldn't notice any difference if you've got the rig to run them.

I'd go for the 7800.
