You shouldn't have a problem as long as you have the serial number. I have Photoshop on my work computer as well as my home computer so I can take work home. Once you're registered you shouldn't have to do it again. Just put the program on and enter in the serial number when you need to.

You can just re-register. You will be directed to a webpage and your computer and software registration history will show up. You can have Photoshop in two computers, but you cant "use them" at the same time according to there license agreement.
