According to Samsung, my HDD is Sata 3.0, according to HP my motherboard is Sata 1.5.....I didn't no they were compatible...or they? Or is HP or Samsung wrong with their specs

they are compatible its just your motherboard wont allow you to get full benefit of your 3.0 's,,, if you want to, look up a HD controller card.. Maybe around $79 for a 3.0, or SATA-2 ,300mb

They are compatible. However, some 3.0 SATA drives must have a jumper set to run at the 1.5 spec. If you have problems with your BIOS detecting your SATA drive, this may be the problem.
